Resale has been a part of my life for years, I created treasures out of old items (upcycling) since the 90’s, hunting garage & yard sales for antiques, collectables and unique items, selling on Ebay or putting in my shop for resale.  Opening a consignment shop in 2008 in the bay area until moving from the bay area in 2016 to a farm house on 60 acres of almonds in Oakdale, then starting an event business running and promoting events in the 209 area.    In 2017 my aunt and uncle relocated to Arizona from ca. all of their inventory came to my ranch for sales, I then realized it was time for me to merge all my passions into one.  Real estate schooling, staging, interior design background, owning a resale/consignment shop to running and promoting events.  It seemed natural to merge into estate liquidations, but different from all the other companies out there. Taking pride in our huge moral compass, we do things differently! We are here to truly help clients in possibly one of their most difficult times. We work with the client and continue to help if need be even after our sales.  Consigning,  clearing out and donating the left over inventory to places such as churches & causes.  We have many happy clients and were recently nominated in 2025 for best in 209 ,we work hard to strive for the best outcome in all areas of liquidation.
